The Cain Center for the Arts Expansion Project reclaims two charming but not forgotten, Folk Victorian-type houses in the heart of the Cornelius Arts District. This adaptive reuse and addition are for civic use as a ceramics center, community gathering space, and additional offices.
Construction to start in early spring 2025.
