Architectural Design can connect us in deep ways to place, nature and community. Weaving light and nature into the home and bringing outside in through Biophilic Design, expands the perception of space while encouraging longevity, good health and stewardship of resources. Much like a seed unfolding, Architectural Design starts at the core with a dream. The Architect draws and unfolds this dream into a dwelling place uniquely suited to the client.

Retreat and stillness, journey and daily rhythms, natural materials and abundant light all feed the dream, enabling a fully realized design. By listening intently, tilling through wants and needs and engaging in collaborative design sessions, together we will craft a design for the art your every day.

Whether it’s remodeling and adding on to an existing property, designing an outdoor retreat, or conceptualizing and drawing a new forever home, I seek to unearth the poetics of the everyday by designing distinctive places to call home.

Hello my friends! ✨

This past year I joined the board of Caterpillar Ministries in Huntersville, an organization that empowers the people of Huntington Green to build a secure and vibrant community by fostering faith, family stability, and learning.

https://www.caterpillarministries.org/

In the month of October I am initatiating a micro-fundraiser to contribute to Caterpillar’s emergency assistance program, which provides funds to neighbors facing extreme financial hardship and at risk of losing their housing. This is a cause I am passionate about as I believe every family should live in a secure home.

The average rent for a Caterpillar Ministry family is $1,500. With your help, I’m hoping to raise $6,000. to help four families stay in their homes. I hope you’ll join me in supporting Caterpillar Ministries as they wrap around our neighbors in need.

Grateful for your continued partnership,
Nicole

Say hello to the Alexander Haus! 🌾✨

A place to slow down, settle in, and let the landscape become part of everyday life. Natural wood, warm light, and open-air living create a quiet connection between home and lake.
