Summit Farms

The Preserve at Summit Farms is an intentional new home community of 56 single-family estate homesites, sited among mature oaks and open space, with an architectural direction best described as curated farmhouse with a modern hand.

Inspired by the Farm Cottages of the Cotswolds, and in partnership with our friends at Holliday Homes, our studio designed a collection of whimsical & authentically detailed homesteads with a focus on slower, deeply rooted living.
