Cottage style affordable housing in Charlotte, North Carolina. Part of a faith-based initiative to provide intentional housing for those struggling with housing instability. The concept features single and dyad pods with a dragonfly roof design and walls that unfurl, allowing light and views to the wild and community gardens. The Common building has a wrap-around trellis and a community hearth for gatherings and celebrations.
